Coffee Returns

At Bizarre Coffee, we strive to provide you with extraordinary customer service, exceptional coffee and high quality goods always. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make your day. Although we have never done a return, we know there could be first time for everything so feel free to email help@bizarrecoffee.com 

Merch & Apparel Returns

All apparel and merch exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of purchase if unworn and unused. Please email help@bizarrecoffee.com to get the process started. 

Order Updates: 

Cancellations, a changing of address or other updates to the order you placed should be made within 24 hours of purchase. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Please note, we are unable to make an update to your order once you’ve received a shipping notification.
