Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! When checking out, simply select “local pick up” in the delivery options. As soon as it’s ready, you will receive an email confirmation with pick-up instructions.

Do you sell wholesale?

How do I join the super duper freaky & exclusive members only club?

You have to cover your entire body in coffee and send us a video.....Just kidding. All you need to do is subscribe to our email & sms list to join & get  a little weird  OR you can get super freaky and subscribe to your favorite coffee for 10% off. Learn more about the club.

Can I edit, pause or skip my subscription?

Yes! Definitely. You can manage all details about your subscription through your customer account.

What should I do if my order gets lost?

If you’re unable to find your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us at help@bizarrecoffee.com and we will be more than happy to help resolve your issue the best way possible.

My discount code did not work, can I apply it post-purchase?

Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied post-purchase. If you’re facing any issues with a discount code not working properly at checkout, please contact us at help@bizarrecoffee.com and we will help resolve the problem prior to purchase.

How can I track my order?

After an order is fulfilled, we will provide you with a tracking link through emails. You will also be able to access this link through your customer account under “orders”.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

We fulfill all orders, Monday through Friday, within one-three days of an order being placed. Please allow for additional fulfillment time when placing your order over the weekend. 

For shipping, below are the four different shipping rates we’re currently offering through USPS:

Economy: 5-8 shipping days

Ground: Advantage: 2- 5 days 

Priority Mail: 1-3 days 

Priority Mail Express: next day to 2 day delivery - guaranteed
